When your order leaves, and what to do if something is wrong.
Shipping
Ready-made items usually ship in 2 to 3 days. Custom figures are made to order and take about 7 to 10 days before they ship. You get tracking details on your order page and on WhatsApp.
Custom pieces
Custom figures and personalised items are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from the preview you approved.
If something arrives damaged
Message us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and the parcel. We will repair or replace it.
