How does a custom figure work?

Order the figure and tell us who it is in the personalisation box. Then send clear photos on WhatsApp. We share a preview before printing, and make it in about 7 to 10 days.

Do I need an account?

No. Enter your phone number at checkout. If you have ordered before, we offer your last address so you do not type it again.

How do I pay?

By UPI. After you place the order, scan the QR or open your UPI app, pay the amount shown, and upload a screenshot of the payment. We check every payment by hand and confirm on WhatsApp.

How do I track my order?

Use the link on your order page, or go to Track order and enter your order number and phone number. Near our studio, our own delivery person may bring your parcel.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Once your payment is verified you can download the invoice from your order page, and we email it if you gave an email address.
